IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Our field is available to hire by using the 'Booking Page' on the website. Once payment has been made and your booking is confirmed you will receive your access codes via email. Payments are non refundable and must be paid to confirm the booking.
The field can be hired in 30 or 60 minute slots. We do not restrict the number of dogs per session but no more than TWO cars are permitted on site per session. If you wish to book the field for larger groups please email us using the contact page to discuss your requirements.

We have some booking conditions that we would expect all visitors to adhere to. These include:
​
* Anyone arriving early for their session should wait opposite the entrance gate until their session start time. Please stay in your vehicle(s) so you do not upset the dog(s) already in the field. Please avoid arriving more than 5 minutes early. Please do not obstruct the driveway.
​
* Anyone arriving late will still need to vacate the field by the end of their booked session time.
​
* All hirers MUST close and lock the gate on exiting the field, even if someone is waiting to enter the field after you.
​
* All dog waste is to be picked up and deposited into the dog deposit bin. This is located by the main gate.
​
*​All dogs must be up to date with their worming, flea and tick treatments.
​
* All litter is to be picked up and removed by the user.
​
* If your dog digs holes near to the boundary fence please fill it in before leaving.
​
* Any vandalism to the field and/or its boundaries will result in a bill being issued to the person hiring the field.
​
* If there are any problems or queries during your session please do not go to the houses at the end of the drive, they are not responsible for the field. Please use the contact number or email address on our website to contact us.

Additional terms and conditions:

* Cars parked on site are parked at your own risk. Please park inside the entrance gate and lock yourself in.
​
* All fences are 6 ft high. If your dog can jump higher than this we cannot accept responsibility for escapees.
​
* You are responsible for your dog's safety while using the field. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or injury. ​​
